Since 2019, we have guided families across the United States, Canada, Australia and Europe through Argentine citizenship, residency and documentation. What began as one person helping a handful of clients navigate a system almost no one explains clearly has grown into a team of more than ten people working across two continents.
The business was founded by Julieta A. Albornoz Gudiño, holder of a Bachiller Universitario en Derecho (an intermediate university-level law degree) from the University of Buenos Aires and current CEO, who started this work in 2019, at a time when these administrative processes did not yet require legal representation. As the cases grew more complex and increasingly moved into the federal courts, the business evolved with them.
Today, our legal direction is led by Dr. Nicolás Baenas Aguirre, a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (CPACF, T° 148 F° 234), who represents our clients before the Argentine federal courts.
For years, our clients came to us almost entirely by word of mouth, one family recommending us to the next. That is still how most of our work arrives.
Argentine bureaucracy is not designed to be understood from abroad. Rules change, deadlines shift, and a single missing apostille can cost you months. Our job is to absorb that complexity so you do not have to.
Every client gets a dedicated working group where our team coordinates directly with you, a shared folder for documents, and step-by-step instructions for anything you need to do in your own country.
We tell you honestly at the outset whether your case is viable, how long it will realistically take and what it will cost.
Our main office is in Buenos Aires, at Uruguay 390, 9º A, with a second office in Prior Lake, Minnesota, USA. We operate in Spanish, English and Russian, and we are used to working across time zones.
